You can find the return policy of each product under the Shipping Information section of the product page.  Here is our policy on returns:

  1. Eligible products can be returned only within 7 calendar days after the delivery date.
  2. The product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it – which means that it should be in its original packaging and the tags should not be removed.
  3. Hand-made craft products have slight variations that make it unique, and should not be seen as a defect. If you still perceive that a product that has a defect, we request you to get in touch with us within 48 hours. If a product has a manufacturing defect and is notified to us within 48 hours of delivery, we will replace the product or refund you for the same.
  4. In the rare event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email a photo of the damaged product to [email protected] with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  5. If a product states “Final Sale” then it is not eligible for returns. It is unviable for us to give a large discount and then bear the cost burden of reverse logistics. Please make sure to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  6. All returns are not automatic – they are subject to approval by the Maatir Customer Care team. Once your return is approved, we will email you the go ahead. In the rare case, if the reason for return is found to be a damaged product or a shipping error from Maatir, then Maatir will bear the shipping charges to return the product. If the reason for the return is the customer’s decision, then the customer has to bear the shipping charges. In case customer wishes to exchange a product, then it is advised to place a fresh order. Please note that it takes 72 hours for return pick-ups to take place. We request you to notify us once your return pickup is done. Defects arising from physical damage to the product or over use of the product will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  7. Authorized returns are eligible for a full refund. You may choose to receive wallet, which will reflect in your Maatir account within 5 working days after we receive the product. If you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will refund the same within 5 working days. Both forms of refunds are made after necessary quality checks.
  8. Shipping amounts are non-refundable.
